1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Brown ground beef with onions. Drain.

3Add corn and soup. Mix.

4Spread mixture in 9"x13" baking dish.

5Top with a single layer of tater tots.

6Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 35 minutes or until tater tots are crispy.

7Remove from oven and layer with shredded cheese as desired and bake for an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese.

8Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve.

This is a recipe for a basic tater tot casserole. Modify as you please!

1 1/4 lb ground beef

1 can sweet kernel corn corn

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 package frozen tater tots

1/2 onion, diced

shredded cheese for topping, as desired (I use about 1.5-2 cups of Mexican shredded cheese mix)
