1Preheat oven to 425°F.
2Lightly sprinkle a large, round pizza stone with flour. Unroll both packages of pizza dough and arrange side-by-side on baking stone, shaping into a circle. Roll dough to edge of baking stone.
3In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix and pressed garlic; mix well using with whisk.
4Spread mixture evenly over crust and top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
5Sprinkle broccoli, bell pepper, carrot and olives over pizza; top with remaining mozzarella cheese as well as parmesan cheese.
6Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
